Sisterhood
We offer our members opportunities to develop their unique talents through leadership training and involvement in sorority activities. Sorority activities provide an atmosphere where friendships and professional contacts are developed which often lead to bonds that last a lifetime.
Scholarship
Our Chapter has established a book scholarship to be awarded to a female, graduating senior, entering her freshman year at a two or four-year accredited college or university.
Service
Our Chapter’s commitment to service is expressed in our sorority’s slogan, “Greater Service, Greater Progress.” Our chapter has a proud history of offering service throughout Woodbridge and the surrounding areas of Northern Virginia.

Greetings, and welcome to the virtual home of the IrRHOplaceable Iota Epsilon Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated.
As President of this dynamic chapter, I am honored that you have chosen to visit our website to learn more about who we are, our national programs, and the meaningful impact we continue to make in the communities we serve.
The Iota Epsilon Sigma Alumnae Chapter remains committed to supporting the mission of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated: to enhance the quality of life for women and their families in the United States and globally through community service, civic engagement, and social action. Our chapter strives to promote greater progress in the areas of education, health awareness, leadership development, and community empowerment. Through the dedication of our members, affiliates, partners, and supporters, we continue to create and support initiatives that align with our Sorority’s vision and purpose.
Iota Epsilon Sigma values its relationships and partnerships with the communities we serve, fellow Greek-letter organizations, corporate and civic organizations, community leaders, and neighboring chapters of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated. These partnerships strengthen our collective commitment to making a positive difference in society and help us continue the important work of service and sisterhood.

For more than 100 years, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated has been dedicated to providing women and their families with a voice, support, and resources to improve their well-being and uplift their communities. The Iota Epsilon Sigma Alumnae Chapter proudly continues that legacy.
Since our chartering in 2001, the Iota Epsilon Sigma Alumnae Chapter has served the Northern Virginia area with a spirit of excellence and a continued commitment to our motto: “Greater Service, Greater Progress.”
